ABOUT ME

Kelly was born and raised in Hong Kong. She is a descendant of the indigenous boat dwellers (Tanka people) from Ap Lei Chau. As a frequent traveler, she has lived in Vancouver, BC, as well as Hsinchu and Tainan in Taiwan, and is currently based in New York City. She loves exploring the world and has recently developed a passion for nature. You can often find her birding in Central Park with her camera. Kelly also has a broad appetite for knowledge — her reading ranges from Japanese light novels to academic journal articles. See what she has read in 2026 here.
